I conducted foundational research to build empathy with our customers. I asked participants– not what they “want”– but about their Native background, how they manage their finances, and relationship with money.

I shared the research with my team and facilitated a brainstorm centered around our customer pain points.
I narrowed down the ideas from the brainstorm and created prototypes for concept testing.
